Equipment Certification
Employees may have the opportunity to go through an extensive equipment certification training process to be certified. Employees must learn safety responsibilities, relevant to the equipment, field maintenance of the equipment, and operation of the equipment.  

New Opportunities through GREEN Technologies
Vaughn Industries' employees attended classes in PV Solar Technologies, through a joint program, in preparation for new opportunities in the construction industry focusing on LEED and GREEN technologies.  Our company was given the opportunity to be the first construction company to go through the newly developed program in this area.
