Employee Assistance Program

Balancing your work and home life is not always easy.  Vaughn Industries offers our employees an employee assistance program (EAP) in conjunction with our benefit package.  This program is free and offers our employees peace of mind there is someone always there to help. 

Our program provides access to resources and solutions to problems of daily living.  In addition, the EAP offers resources that are designed to enhance the quality of life by helping employees with personal and family development and improving productivity at work and home.
