Vaughn Industries has adopted a Substance-Free Drug-Free Workplace Policy to ensure, to the greatest extent possible, that we have a work environment free of the negative effects or drug and alcohol abuse.  Our program's focus is the health, safety, and well-being of our employees.  Our approach is to help our employees address substance abuse issues while at the same time ensuring that our workplace is operating safely and efficiently.  Highlights of our substance-free drug-free workplace place commitment include:
